I made this for a weekend brunch. I am fortunate enough to have access to wonderful fresh crabmeat since we live on the gulf coast. I used about 3/4 pound of claw meat. The claw meat is sweeter and perfect for baked dishes. It was delicious. Definitely use a deep dish pie shell!

This is a great smoked salmon spread, and it was a huge hit with my fooodie crowd We just got back from Alaska, and I racked up on smoked salmon. The fresh dill is a must. I prefer more horseradish than the recipe calls for. Thanks Ina!!"
