Reviewed Cheesy Mushroom and Broccoli Casserole
"Tried this recipe when I needed a quick dinner and had some broccoli, mushrooms, and rice on hand. Added chicken and lightened up by reducing the butter and skipping the heavy cream by substituting a bit of EVOO and a can of healthy mushroom soup. Also had to use different cheese BUT even with the changes, it was a delicious consistency. Taste "
