Easy and delicious! I only have a mini food processor so I used it to make the bread crumbs but I cut up the tomatoes by hand. Took a little longer but didn't change the end result at all. Great open faced sandwich. I'll definitely make it again.

Fantastic! So easy and so delicious. I left out the chipotle peppers bc my three little gals can't handle spicy food but kept everything else the same. Soooooooo good!! We're a family of rib lovers and these are awesome. So easy and so tasty. I love hoisin sauce as a general rule so anything with it I'll make. These will be made all spring and summer long. Oh, and I finished them on the grill instead of in the oven.

So I cheated. I used Trader Joe's mushroom and truffle ravioli (which is really good) but I did make the broth exactly as instructed. I'll be honest and tell you that the smell of mushroom, while it was cooking, kind of made me sick and I wasn't really looking forward to eating it. But I sucked it up and dove in and I'm glad I did. Yum!

So I made this pie yesterday and I was so excited to try it when it was finally done last night and I was sadly disappointed. It had no flavor! I followed the recipe exactly and it looked good, it just didn't have much flavor. For all of the steps and the time it takes to make it, it was definitely not worth the effort.

I liked this one. I'll probably make it again. Next time I'll stuff them full of the filling. I think I was a little shy when I made them the first time and it was basically all crust. I'll also go a little heavier on the sugar I sprinkle on top. It could stand to be a little sweeter.
