Reviewed Downhome Barbecue Beef Short Ribs
"Very nice!!! I took the advise of others and reduced the mustard and then to meet my families wishes, I kicked in some extra chili powder. Beef ribs are always a little less then pork ribs, but we butchered a cow and this took care of the short ribs in our freezer quite well!
