"Absolutely amazing! I have made this several times for different people and everyone raves about it! It's definitely sweet enough where you don't need maple syrup, but I think it tastes great with it. Based on tips I got from previous reviews, after letting the bread soak up the liquid overnight, I flip each piece before I bake it, and it really helps the dish from becoming soggy. I can't wait to make this again soon!
