Reviewed Pizza Dough

In his cookbook, Jamie always says preheat the oven to "Full Whack" this means literally as high as it goes! I usually put our oven on 500 degrees. 450 is ok, but the crust is always better at 500.

As for when the 'za is done, I have a pizza/baking stone, too, so I'd say your pizza will be done in 12 minutes or so. Just wait until...
