Reviewed Pizza Dough
"In his cookbook, Jamie always says preheat the oven to "Full Whack" this means literally as high as it goes! I usually put our oven on 500 degrees. 450 is ok, but the crust is always better at 500.
As for when the 'za is done, I have a pizza/baking stone, too, so I'd say your pizza will be done in 12 minutes or so. Just wait until the crust is beginning to brown and the cheese is good and bubbly!
