Reviewed Chicken Stock

This recipe is just a waste of food. The point of stock is to use up the parts of chicken you wouldn not usually eat. Why waste whole chickens to make stock??? I dont get it. Roast a chicken eat it and then make the stock with the bones, carcass and neck.

Wow I was really impressed with this recipe. I didn't have the green lentils, I used brown instead. Came out great. Directions and cook times are spot one. Very tasty. Will definitely go in the regular dinner rotations"
