I cut the recipe in half used low sodium soy sauce and added 1/2 Tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice, a pinch of pepper, and used the full 1/2 tsp garlic. It says a loaf 13-16 oz and the loaf I bought was 14 oz but I could only get 14 1 inch slices out of it not the 20 stated in the recipe. Any advice? Do I go with 20 1 inch slices or go by the oz and just try to get as many as ""
