Wonderful. I've made it w/and w/o cilantro, depending on the rest of the meal. The lime-cayenne salt is killer. I'll use it on other things as well. Use far less vermouth, and enjoy the pinkish brown color. It is different, but the Kalamata olive juice is a very tasty kind of "dirty". Not beautifully clear, but different.
