Not a huge sausage fan but these were good. I left out the broccoli and chillies and added a roasted red pepper.
Loved the pico de guyzerelli. Would be good on crunchy bread as a bruschetta."

This recipe turned out to be very good and easy to make. It did take longer to cook then the recipe said about 40 to 45 minutes.
