Reviewed Chocolate Truffle Cupcakes
"I made the cupcake just like the directions, except I used vanilla bean paste, put a splash of coffee in the frosting and used Pastry Pride in the frosting instead of the cream. I got 36 perfectly shaped cupcakes. I have never seen 3 dozen cupcakes go so fast. I love this recipe and will make it often."
