Reviewed Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes filled with Chocolate Fudge Cookie Bar and Marshmallow Meringue Frosting
"Let me start with, I only made the marshmallow meringue frosting. I was in a hurry and the rest was not my norm, so I will try it later. This icing is fun! To top off the fun my 12 year-old son and I had, the flavor was great. We also have done it with brown sugar instead of the white. We like playing in the kitchen. I will use this icing again.

"I have made these cupcakes 3 times now, and they have been a huge success. The last time I added a small drop of salted caramel buttercream on top instead of the listed garnish. It was yummy, but how can you go wrong with chocolate and caramel?
