Reviewed turkey burger

Jun 6, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

The burgers are great! I made again and as a variation I made them into meatballs. Bake on a parchment lined sheet pan 415 degrees for roughly 15-20 min flipping them halfway and they are 160 degrees. I served with sauted...

Nov 29, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

This turkey was delicious! I brined for 2 days and took it out in the morning of thanksgiving. Per Ree Drummond I rinsed the brine off the turkey in the sink really well. I then buttered it and left it uncovered in the fridge until 1:30 and it went into the oven at 2. I cooked it (12.3 lbs) at 350 for 1.5hrs then dropped the temp to 325. I did baste...

My meatballs turned out perfectly! My hubby went nuts over them. The apple just makes this recipe. Definitely a keeper! I made mashed red potatoes with the skins bc I hate peeling potatoes. The gravy is great, but I made it my own with some white wine and homemade stock.

These are outstanding. I did make twice the number of meatballs than the recipe said bc they would just be too big otherwise. Great sauce too. Loved the gooey mozzarella in the middle!

Delicious! Perfect combination. I can't wait to try it with orzo too! Just a side note in response to the previous reviews. Israeli couscous is the type of couscous she used on the show and it is a bigger-grained variety of regular couscous. "
