I just made these cookies. I followed the instructions. Weighed the ingredients on a scale. I put the dough back in the refrigerator while the first batch was cooking. I rotated the trays every 5 minutes. Baked for 15 min total.They came out perfectly. Puffy and chewy. They look exactly as they did in the picture. This is my new recipe for chocolate...

I've made this time and time again. One of my favorite recipes. I add 3 tablespoons of agave nectar to offset the saltiness of the soy sauce. You could substitute honey for agave. Even my husband, who doesn't care for salmon...enjoys this! I usually saute fresh broccoli with garlic for a side and drizzle a little of the leftover marinade over it....
