Reviewed Artichoke Rice Salad with Shrimp

I made the cold version of this salad. This was very easy to make with pre-cooked small shrimp in a bag. Watch the rice mixture while browning it and stir often to prevent scorching it. A darker yellow color is more like it with the rice mixture. My first try at that was indeed brown but I didn't like the slightly burnt taste or the brown color so"
