"This recipe rocks! I cooked mine on the big green egg, seared it on my cook top and roasted it @ 350F for 1hr for a 2.5lb roast. My wife and I really loved this. I reduced the pan drippings for a good gravy. Change nothing on this recipe it's perfect as wriiten! Thanks!!!""

Reviewed Plantain Stuffing

"Really awesome recipe. I could only find the "green" plaintains at my market but the stuffing was really good. I would recommend using more than a cup of stock. My stuffing was a bit dry. Make sure your crumbs are really well soaked. Will do this again!!!!!""

Not such an accomplished chef. Trying, love try new stuff! Big on Chili's, grilling and chicken dishes. My wife purchased a Big Green Egg for my Christmas present! I love this thing (almost as much as her!). It is so easy to control temp and cooks everything perfect!
