"Really awesome recipe. I could only find the "green" plaintains at my market but the stuffing was really good. I would recommend using more than a cup of stock. My stuffing was a bit dry. Make sure your crumbs are really well soaked. Will do this again!!!!!""
Not such an accomplished chef. Trying, love try new stuff! Big on Chili's, grilling and chicken dishes. My wife purchased a Big Green Egg for my Christmas present! I love this thing (almost as much as her!). It is so easy to control temp and cooks everything perfect!
