"Amish Graham Cracker Fluff this recipe calls for 1 1oz package of unflavored gelatin. 1oz is the entire box (4 packages) of gelatin according to the net wt on the front of the box. It tasted like rubber! Do you mean to say "one package of a 1oz box"? "

.I made 12 muffins ,which came out just awful, greasy, mushy and tasteless, but had enough batter to pour into an 8 inch square pan and baked it for about 40 min. To my surprise it came out good! Try baking it like a cake and forget the muffin tins!!"

If there was a 0 rating i would rate it 0. These were the worst muffins that I have ever made or tasted! Greasy, mushy and tasteless. Ina, you have really disappointed me with this one. Also, the amount of salt is missing from the recipe so I guessed it to be 1/2 tsp. but who knows? Makes me wonder what else the recipe is missing to turn o"

This dish was very tasty. My husband doesn't usually go for scampi but loved this one. I only used half the amount of lemon called for and it was plenty for us. It was a little too runny so next time I will use less of the shrimp broth. All and all---a great dish!"
