Reviewed Halibut with Lemon-Butter and Crispy Shallots

This is a great recipe! The lemon butter really adds to the dish. We thought the shallots were terrific too and not too much effort. I served the fish with au gratin potatoes and frozen peas and the crunchy shallots mixed with the peas tasted delicious! We couldn't find fresh halibut fillets and had to use frozen, but it was still yummy--and e"
