Reviewed Spice-Rubbed Pork With Quinoa
"I had quinoa for the first time when my brother in law made it in a chili. It was awesome. Then I saw this recipe and I gave it to him to make! He said it was delicious. So I gave it to the chef at my work to make and he made it today. It was sooooo good! YUM! Spicy but not overly spicy. Just enough and Quinoa... yum!! The side of salsa Verde topped it off. Delicious!!"
