Reviewed Paccheri Pasta with Cauliflower and Spinach

"I don't usually change a recipe when I first made it, but I substituted the pasta they suggested with a whole-wheat rigatoni. Also swapped out the cauliflower for baby brussel sprouts since I had them in the fridge. Quite good - I will, however try it with the cauliflower next time.
