"I made this for my family today and they loved it. I'm lucky enough to live in an area where Anaheim chilis are available, so that wasn't a problem. I do not eat pork, so I couldn't try it, but after watching 2nds and 3rds from my kids, I knew it was a hit. The only thing they thought was lacking was a little heat."
