Reviewed emeril's orange madelines

Wow, just Wow! I used half the batter with orange zest and the other half without. Both were delicious plain (without the chocolate). I have a new stove (gas and electric) and this was my first time baking in it. It took exactly 10 min to bake on the gas side and 11 min on the electric side. It was perfectly moist and so good. I will never purchase...

I made this for Super Bowl Sunday and it was a hit! The combination of salty, tangy, spicy, sweet is magical. Loved it! We will make this again!

I've made the original recipe before and it was very tasty. The last time I made it, I added about a half pound of sliced smoked sausage from my local deli and substituted 1 cup of white rice with brown rice. It was superb!

So delicious and satisfying on a cold winters night! I love the addition of dill.

I ended up cutting the recipe in half since I was only serving 6 people. The flavor was ok, but I felt that there was not enough "bread" in the dressing. I usually love apples in dressing/stuffing, but this was way too much.

Good recipe, but very oily/greasy even after skimming the fat off the juices. I had to refrigerate the whole pot to peel the fat layer off."

I've made this recipe twice. The fist time, I followed the recipe exactly, it came out great. The second time, instead of vanilla extract, I substituted with almond extract and it came out even better! Yum!"

Mine came out dry. It was flavorful, but dry. I will make this again with some adjustments, maybe less Bisquick and more cheese?"

Reviewed Blackberry Cobbler

This is the best cobbler recipe! I used about 3 cups of fresh blackberries, and it was gooey in the center and chewy on the edges, the best combination of textures. My husband usually prefers the "pie" type cobblers instead of the "cake" type cobblers, but loved this! Definitely a keeper!"
