Reviewed Mushroom Risotto in Pressure Cooker

"Wow! This was so good and so easy. This is a great base recipe. I browned some sausage then removed it from the cooker. Then sautéed some garlic, shallots, leeks and mushrooms. I added the sausage back and rice then added 3 cups of chicken stock and 1 cup of white wine. This was delicious. I will definitely make again."

Reviewed Smothered Pork Chops

"These pork chops were delicious! I made them exactly as the recipe was written and they came out perfect. The chops were juicy, not dry at all. I loved that there was extra sauce too. Served with a side of roasted potatoes and salad. Yumm! Will definitely make again.""

Reviewed Baked Tilapia With Herb Butter

"This was delicious and so easy to make. This is definitely a 30 minute meal from start to table. I followed the recipe exactly as written. The fish was perfectly cooked and moist and all the veggies were perfect too. Not bland at all if you season it well before baking. Served with a side of jasmine rice.""

Reviewed Banana Bread With Chocolate Chips and Chocolate Glaze

"This banana bread was so delicious and moist. It tasted better the next day when it was super moist and the chips were a bit hardened. Very easy to make. I did not make the glaze as I thought it was not necessary. I would make the glaze if I was making it for dessert. I did add walnuts."

Reviewed Cantonese Chicken and Mushrooms

"I also agree that this is "ok and something's missing." I don't cook Chinese food enough to know what would help this dish with flavor but it is bland. I was disappointed. I won't make again. Too bad because it sounded like a winner."

Reviewed Chocolate-Hazelnut Tart

"This tart was delicious. Smooth and creamy. I brought it to a superbowl party and everyone loved it. I did have trouble rolling out the dough. It kind of fell apart. I rolled out what I could then just pieced it together on the pan and that worked out fine. The filling couldn't be easier to make. You really can't mess this one up. Will definitely make again.

Reviewed Saffron Scallop Gratin

"Delicious! Made this with the cauliflower side suggested in them magazine. It was fun to make and came out great. Very easy. If you like scallops, you'll like this dish. I also used panko instead of fresh breadcrumbs. They worked out great and were nice and crunchy. I will definitely make again.
