Hmmm, adding three extra ingredients including two watery squash varieties doesn't sound like following the ingredients to me. I love this recipe and have made it at least 10 times. The mint makes the flavor interesting to me, and the cheese adds a salty decadence to it. Great way to get my kids to eat their veggies!
