Quick & easy! I added a tablespoon of coffee to boost the cocoa flavor. Baked it with a mini marshmallow at the center then added a red chocolate melting disk after removing from the oven.

This is a great tasting cake, after reading some of the concerns with it being dry I swapped out 1/2 cup ap flour for 1/2 cup bread flour. It was moist and delicious. I would have liked a little more height, but otherwise a good recipe that I will use again.""
