“Love veggies roasted in the oven. Brussel sprouts are my favorite.
I halve them, toss them in good virgin oil, kosher salt/pepper, little garlic powder, and then place on cookie sheet.
Baked them for about 40 min at 375.
Sprinkle parmesean cheese on at serving time. Delicious.
Also do asparagus this way.""”

“So easy to make and soooooooo delicious. It is almost fall, so I serve them with saurkraut, cooked apples, and macaroni/cheese casserole. Always a hit when you have company, or just for the family.
