Reviewed Crispy Chicken Strips

"These are SO good. Homemade is the way to go. So easy to make. I did add some hot sauce to the buttermilk because I like a little kick. Make sure the oil is hot enough or the strips will not get crispy. I plan on making double the next time. The recipe is a little confusing - you need 1/2 cup of buttermilk to soak the chicken in, and another 1/2"

Reviewed Chicken Baked in Cornflake Crumbs

"This is really good. I added the hot sauce, but replaced salt & pepper with seasoned salt (I might try 'Accent' next time). I baked it on a wire rack sprayed with cooking spray - Smart Balance - (instead of foil) on a cookie sheet. This reminded me of the chicken my Mother use to make with crushed Rice Krispies; the corn flakes gave it a bett"

Reviewed Key Lime Cake

"Made this cake yesterday. Like others have said - too much oil. Cake fell in the middle and was hard on the edges. It did have a fairly good taste, but not great. I may not make this again because of the cost. I usually always read the reviews before I make something. I did not this time because it looked so good. Lesson learned."
