My Activity

Reviewed Seared Tuna with Mango Salsa

"This was excellent! The flavors all worked together beautifully for a tasty restaurant quality meal. I was surprised how simple it was to make and quick too."

Reviewed Tilapia Ceviche

"YUMMO! I have always liked ceviche but didn't realize how simple it is to make. I used a jalapeno which worked great. We like it spicy and it didn't disappoint, or it would be easy enough to make it without the kick. You gotta try this one!"

Reviewed 5-Bean Chili

"5-bean chili is 5 star chili! My husband thinks we should enter into a chili contest. Just enough spicy kick without overpowering the flavors. Can't wait to eat another bowl today!"

Reviewed Sausage-Cauliflower Spaghetti

"It was a hit with my husband and 2 year old daughter. I did add some mushrooms and a can of drained diced tomatoes. Also found that adding a full cup of water was too much, it didn't boil down nearly enough. It was a welcome change from traditional spaghetti. ""

Reviewed Couscous-Stuffed Peppers with Basil Sauce

"I have always made the traditional stuffed peppers and received rave reviews, but this was a great change of pace. It was the perfect summer stuffed pepper! I added a little ground turkey, sauteed mushrooms and used craisins. The whole family loved it including my 2 year old!
The fresh basil sauce is so delicious, don't skip this part!!"

Y-U-M!!"
