I have even had people tell me that they can't buy them at bakeries anymore, because they don't taste like mine. I follow he recipe exactly...no special talent on my part..trust me. The only thing that I think may be a little different is that I whisk them with my hand mixer whisk attachment. This makes them very foamy, so they get a foam crust on top, gooey lemon center, and great shortbread bottom. These are meant to be gooey, sweet, and REALLY sour, but that is what most people go nuts over!"
