Reviewed Corn and Cheese Chowder

I took the advice of some other reviewers and made some adjustments. I rendered the bacon first to crisp it up. I only used 1 bell pepper, I used frozen corn, I used 1 cup half & half and 1 cup 1% milk (thats all I drink. I also diced up a potatoe and threw it in with the onions and peppers while they were sautéing. It was wonderful!! ""
