About Me

I'm a busy guy with a high stress job. After all that stress I need ways I can blow off steam. Working out and cooking are my two favorite methods of relaxation. The trick for me is balancing the health aspect of my cooking with my goals in the gym AND making something my whole family will eat. Food is one of the pleasures I think God gave us in this life. It brings family and friends together. Nothing is better than preparing a great meal and enjoying it with the people you care about the most.

Favorite Foods

Favorite foods to cook would be anything Cajun and I am starting to cook more Asian type foods and really enjoy that.  I am most famous for my bbq. Baby back ribs in particular. I am told my ribs are "better than Memphis." Favorite restaurant....Mikato's for Sushi. WolfBay Lodge for pretty much anything and Cotton's for seafood platters.
