I thought that this turned out well. I only used 1/2 of the lime juice and since I didn't have Agave Nectar on hand, I used corn syrup and only used 1/2 the amount they suggested on that too. I think it was perfect. I suggest cutting these two ingredients in half.... you can always add more to your liking at the end.""

I agree with you all! Just fabulous. I made it with 1# ground beef, 1/2# ground veal, 1/2# ground pork and then doubled everything else in the recipe. A dash of nutmeg right before I mixed it all together and it was fabulous! I love Paula's BBQ meatloaf recipe too. Great job, as always, Paula!""

Making this the 2nd time and figured out the secret to the cooking time. i filled the large pan with near-boiling water and filled it a little more than half-way. Cake was done in 2 hours flat! Even better the 2nd time! Thank you, Marcela"

We Loved this. My husband (who can't stand anything with eggs or any sort of custard/flan/creme brulee consistency raved about this. The kids loved it and my guests loved it.

It did take 2 1/2 hours in my oven??? I saw that a lot of the reviews had same problem. Glad I was patient as it was worth the wait! "
