Reviewed Vegetable Rolls with Chili Mayonnaise
"I went to 4 stores including an Asian market. They didn't even know what I was talkin about. Rice papers? Do you mean the see-thru spring roll wrappers? The eggroll/spring roll wrappers are made for frying not rinsing and eating. OMG! Help me out here. I ended up making the recipe in eggroll wrappers and frying. It was great! I still want to know what the h--- is rice paper?!
