I'VE READ SOME OF THE REVIEWS YOU HAVE TO TEMPER THE MIXTURE SLOWLY OTHERWISE YES IT DOES HAVE A CHANCE TO CURDLE ON YOU.TEMPERING MEANS YOU SLOWLY ADD THE HOT MILK MIXTURE LIKE A LADLE FULL AT A TIME TO THE EGGS,THAT YOU PREVIOUSLY BEATEN.THEN YOU ADD THAT BACK TO THE POT & PLACE ON HEAT TO COOK THE EGGS EVEN FURTHER MORE."

1st time making them & tasting them & they were so good.I used diet cook instead of club soda.I know I thought these may not work,but I didn't have any club soda on hand & I was thinking something with carbonation in it.You can't even taste it & it gives the crepes the umph that they need.I'm going 2 try these w/other sodas like 7up,sprite,regular...

These were really really good.I made 1/2 and it made about 4 so if you make the whole recipe you should get a total of 8 biscuits.I make biscuits a lot and these puffed up like the store brand.Yes you should freeze them 1st,I followed the directions the 1st time around.Definitely will keep this in my recipe box.I used 2 Tblsp.
