I love this recipe - BUT - you need to watch the stock it calls for. The one time I followed it by-the-book using 7 cups of stock - it was a mushy mess (tasty but mushy) that I ended up having to bake over and over again, to get some of the moisture out. The next time I made it I added about 4 cups stock...and then would stir and add more until ...
