"OH MY WORD. If you come across this recipe and you are just THINKING about it...don't think; DO!! This recipe is pure perfection. Both my husband and his buddy went back for seconds and had it for lunch the next day. I was going to cut down the recipe because I thought it would have made too much, but it makes the perfect batch. It does say to add a certain amount of chicken (oops on my part since I added about half less of that), so I will be doubling my chicken next time and maybe add a potato or 2. This recipe is sooooo delicious. I would give it 10 stars if I could."

"I thought this dish could have turned out better. Most of it was my fault because I used skim milk instead of using the specific WHOLE milk, but the tastes were a little bland and I followed the measurements of the seasonings to the exact. I think I am going to use a little Velveeta next time and try it with the whole milk.

"OH MY GOODNESS....so full of flavor and it made the whole house smell amazing. I accidentally burnt the bottom a little, but it all still came out totally amazing. It was so simple to make, too. My husband and I aren't onion eaters, but I think the bell pepper and onion combo are a must to bring in a lot more flavor. Also, I ditched the can of tomatoes since I didn't have any. All in all, this dish is incredible.

"Super yummy!! Although, I did change it up a bit. My husband is somewhat critical when it comes to dinner and I always try to look for recipes that he will find "bomb" (usually when he thinks something tastes amazingly good, he says "that was bomb". With this one, I doubled the carrots, used 1 celery stalk without the top and bottom, ditched the rosemary and onion (we both can't stand onions, used MAPLE bacon instead of pancetta, used one tablespoon of ground thyme, and I used both parmesan and mozerella cheeses. Also, I topped it with italian breadcrumbs. Will DEFINITELY be making this again =
