“Very good jam! I really enjoyed it. The cooking time was not very long, but you really need to watch out for scorching on this one because of the natural sugars in the pineapple and carrot. And don't be alarmed that there isn't much moisture when you start simmering.

"I have been making jams for a fundraiser. Last night, I made two berry blends. A "Rachel Berry Jam" (for all those Gleeks out there) which is strawberry, blackberry, raspberry and a Puckleberry with is blueberry, blackberry and raspberry.
