It was pretty good. I marinated some cucumber slices in rice vinegar and sugar for two days beforehand. I marinated the chicken breasts for 2 hours instead of one and I used only 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce per bag. I think these were necessary adjustments to get the best from this recipe. I will make it again.

Not judging on the "traditional" "not traditional" mole topic, but judging on taste alone, My husband and I would say this was very good with one tweek. I followed the recipe exactly first to see what it needed. Those that said it was missing something...they were right. It's almost like it needed a little extra punch. The secret ingredient???...
