"Fabulous recipe, as everything I have ever made from Ina. I used challah and after reading the reviews, I decided to cube the bread (as opposed to cutting slices) to make sure all the bread would soak up moisture. It came out moist and delicious! I do not care for raisins, so I used cranberries. Everyone loved it!
