The muffins are wonderful with coffee in the morning. The receipe is confusing. I had to rewatch the video. My muffins mixture filled the 12 almost to the top. They do not rise plenty so worked out perfect. Fill 2/3+ full and use a 12 hole (recipe states 18 hole?) muffin tin). Perfect muffins.""
