"The first receipe I've made from Food Network. I saw Paula Deen's show where she made this and I knew I had to try it! The ingredients were easy to find in my grocery store and it was to DIE FOR!!! Oh my, what a way to go....definately worth an extra workout or two :D

About Me

I manage a Cafe where we sell all thing Starbucks.  For fun I love to read, mostly historical novels and I take different types of yoga classes throughout the week.  I definately love working out.  I've recently discovered The Food Network and have been inspired just by watching all the different chef shows.  Although I'm only cooking for 2 these days, it's so much fun learning different receipies, techniques and a seeing a variety of cooking wares

Favorite Foods

I'm from the Southwest so I've put together enough enchiladas for an army.  I typically prepare 100 at a time that way I can pull them out of the freezer whenever someone in the family has the craving.

I'm known for chocolate chip cookies - nothing fancy, just your standard Toll House receipe, but I make fresh chocolate chip cookies every night (for the last 30 years) so my kids & husband have warm cookies with milk every evening.

My favorite food is Middle Eastern.  I just love the fresh vegetables and who doesn't like a fresh warm schwarma from a street vendor!
