Forgot to tell you this. It would easily make 24 cupcakes. Several remarks say it's too time consuming. WHO CARES, if they are this good, I don't mind taking the time at all. You don't have to use a mixer either...just your spoon."

These were absolutely awesome.....I didn't fill them with cream filling because I ran out of time. But I don't know how they could get any better. and the Ganache was TO DIE FOR. I put the ganache in the refrigerator for about an hour and it was perfect spreading consistancy. Ree, you have done it again!"

Sorry Tyler, I made this and almost ruined my Thanksgiving dinner. It should have AT LEAST a cup of sugar. If you could have seen the faces that tasted it. It was so tart we could not eat it. I usually taste things before I serve them, but trusted Tyler...:(..tried it with more sugar the next time and it was awesome.

This recipe was easy, and like dying and going to heaven! The only thing I changed was I used a tablespoon of vanilla paste. I get it at Williams Sanoma. When my sister tried the brulee, the first thing she said was "Oh, you used a real vanilla bean in this". So the taste is unreal and a whole lot cheaper. Even has the vanilla seeds in it. TRY it,"
