When I first rated this I rated it at 4 stars, but having made it more times, I decided to increase it to 5 stars. It really is a great salad. I even like the leftovers. ""

"Excellent egg salad. I love the fresh tarragon in the salad. Because I don't have cucumbers nor pumpernickle I used the bread I ususally use (seven grain) I highly recommend this recipe. In fact I'm getting ready to make it again. Thanks for such a good recipe. "
Reviewed White Pumpkin Cakes
"Excellent recipe!!! I've now made it a couple of times. I followed recipe exactly the first time and was very pleased (used OJ since had no orange liquor and it was great.) Just made it again and decided to do a little experimenting. Used cider in the icing instead of OJ and put some orange zest in the icing to give orange flavor. Tastes great. Thanks Sandra.

"This is so annoying. The reviews are to help other people interested in the recipe. People who are using this venue to advertise -- Please stop!!!! Food Network -- Please delete these advertisements. If I was interested in buying clothes and/or accessories I would not go to Food Network. Then to top everying off the next to the last "advertiser" gave the recipe a bad rating which throws off everything. Please, Please, PLEASE STOP!!!!!!!!

"Like everyone else, I think this is an incredibly good recipe -- and it is so easy. The only change I made was to add a little nutmeg. Once again, thank you Paula. Because I had fresh peaches I used them, but I had been wondering about using canned peaches when fresh aren't available. Was glad to read a couple of reviews indicating that works well too.

"Just tried this recipe and we really enjoyed it. My husband is not a fan of casseroles, but he liked this one. We live in the country and did not have potato chips on hand so used seasoned bread crumbs instead. That was the only change I made. I really like almonds and lemon with chicken. The recipe is definitely a keeper. Thanks, Paula.
