When I saw the title, focaccia al formaggio, I expected to see strachinno cheese and the directions for a dough resembling phylo. I know there are so many ways to make focaccia, but the name led me to believe it was the Ligurian variety. Mario, have you made the Camogli/Recco version and if so, what's your recipe?"
