"This was surprisingly delicious for such a quick prep/cook time. The beans were a great component since the soup has a traditional texture but ends up being more filling. I left out the creme fraiche but added fresh lemon juice to the soup. It was perfect for a rainy day grilled cheese and soup craving.""
