Reviewed chicken in mustard

Feb 8, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I spent a little more time in prepping than I expected, however, well worth the effort. I got the thighs for 0.89/lb and it raised the lowly chicken thigh to something worth eating. The sauce was very delicious and the smoothness from the sour cream is noteworthy. Perhaps next time, I'll decrease the mustard a little because both my husband and...

DELICIOUS and so easy! The chicken was tender, the sauce had wonderful flavor. I loved it although my husband thought it was a little too tangy. I've cut down on the butter. Delicious"

Awesome! and easy as 1-2-3. The only thing I changed was I cut the curry powder down by about 1/2 teaspoon and added some ground saffron that I purchased in the Caribbean this past November. I made it to take to work this week, but I can't stop going to the pot to taste it. I'm going to serve a little sour cream on top. This is definitely a ke"

These are delicious. I baked them 22 minutes and they were perfect! The frosting is to die for, just enough warmth to cut through the sweetness.. Maybe next time, and there will be a next time, I'm going to add some chopped nuts to the batter."

I saw this recipe before Thanksgiving and thought I'd try it. I'm glad I did. This was delicious and easy to make. Not the same old leftover turkey recipe. I followed the recipe as written but cut down on the hot sauce, as my husband complains when food is too spicy. Next time, I'm going to try it with shrimp and add some broccoli slaw with t...

DELICIOUS and so easy! The chicken was tender, the sauce had wonderful flavor. I loved it although my husband thought it was a little too tangy. Doubled the sauce so I could toss it with angel hair pasta. I think the recipe could be used for fish as well by just changing the broth to either clam juice or veggie broth. A Keeper for sure.""

If you like cake like muffins, then these are for you! Moist, soft and fluffy on the inside. I watched them closely due to other reviewers advising the time is almost too long. Next time, I'm going to grate a little orange or lemon zest in the batter and make more of a streusel topping. Good for a Sunday Morning Brunch."

Very delicious. Easy prep and I had everything on hand. I served it with noodles and a tossed salad.
My only complaint has nothing to do with the recipe because it was awesome......why can't I get those nice meaty short ribs you get in restaurants? Any suggestions?
