Reviewed grilled pineapple-jicama salsa

Very good. The sweetness of the grilled pineapple is cut by the jicama, roasted pepper and basil. Hand-cut chunky style is perfect for pork or seafood tacos. I would probably cut it much finer in the food processor for chips and salsa .

Good, mild, and flavorful. We did the initial saute as written, then cooked it all day in the slow cooker, before adding the cream and spices and finishing it back on the stove for a couple minutes.
