"I am requested to make this sandwich for almost every party I attend. I have been making it for the last five years! It is always a hit! I always add fresh mozzarella or an Italian blend of cheeses to the sausage mixture because we LOVE CHEESE, but the blend of flavors in this recipe are what makes it DE-LISH!! Thanks, Emeril!!"
