Reviewed Twice-Baked Sweet Potatoes

Just perfect! the only caveat was that the skins were tearing off and potatoes seem to be slightly undercooked and hard to mash. So I put them a few minutes in the microwave. Agreed to use "real" maple syrup, a key ingredient. Pouring everything in a casserole dish instead of the skins and it turned out just great! A big success!"

Reviewed Green Bean Casserole with Homemade Mushroom Gravy

Agree with other reviews... the mushroom gravy is really to die-for and exceptional, definitely a keeper. As for the green beans, after reading some of the reviews, I cooked them longer than what the recipe called for, and cooked the dish a bit longer so the green beans would not be so crunchy and not mushy either. Definitely a great recipe!!"

Excellent recipe, and very very tasty! Followed the exact instructions, except for the wine. Did not have any red, so replaced it with Chardonnay. It actually made the sauce not as heavy.""
