My Activity

Reviewed Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

"WOW! This was very good! I did what one of the other reviewers did, I didn't stuff the potato mixture back into the shells, I baked in a greased caserole dish & dotted the top with butter & baked till heated through. My guests loved it & so did I. This is a keeper for thanksgiving.

Reviewed New England Boiled Dinner

"Excellent! I used a semi bonless ham instead of the brisket, very, very good. Everything was perfectly seasoned, I didn't like the sauce, it doesn't need it after all.Very easy to make.

Reviewed Corn Casserole

"I've made this many times over but I always add sugar to it,about 1/4 cup or less makes all the difference, try it once with some sugar. I do not add the cheese, doesn't seem to need it, goes great with bbq pulled pork.

Reviewed Chicken Biscuit Pot Pie

"I gave this 4 stars as it is very time consuming but very good. A little too salty, I would add less salt to it. I did use the broth from the stewed chicken & it gave a very rich flavor to the gravy.I didn't have pearl onions & just chopped some onion & omitted the mushrooms, my family is picky about mushrooms. I made the biscuits separate and served the stew over top of biscuits. I will be making this again.

Reviewed Stuffed Cabbage

"This is a definite must try! Excellent flavor & very easy to prepare. I would serve this to guests, it's that good.Even my picky MIL loved it & raved about it to others. I did skip the raisins, but everything else was the same. Thanks Ina for a great take on an old favorite.
